A Long Weekend

Woo Hoo! The internet is working properly and at full speed. Ahh, blogs, how I have missed thee.

I have another annual leave day on Monday to write and it’ll be one of the last chances I have before the end of the month to get stuck into editing Kiss Butterfly. I plan to do the same on Sunday as well so I should make a good dent in the pile of papers that is my manuscript. I’ve also pretty much outlined Nano, well enough to get me going anyway, and I’ll be ready, fingers poised over the keyboard when November 1 rolls around.

And now I feel like heading off for a nap. Why does the damn TV station have to put Family Guy on so late?

It's all a plot to get you to buy the DVDs ; )

I end up watching Family guy at 3 in the morning here. Gotta love Cartoon Network.

We have Fox IQ - the kids record FG and watch it after school (much to my wife's distress and dismay).

Have a great writing long weekend!

If I had cable I'd probably never leave the house.

Dang, you are one organized person. I need to start thinking seriously about my NaNo book. Hey, I have a title--what else do I need, right?

KC, sometimes I'm organised and its surprising - not least of all to me.

A title is good, and wait 'til November 1 rolls around, you'll be off like clappers, you Queen of the Word Count :)

Oh enjoy the extra day. Time off is the best.

Might have to schedule a mental health day, myself.

Hey, Danielle, thanks for stopping by my blog. I just finished reading, "Desolation"--very well done. I liked the bit where he insist she smile. What is it with overly possessive men? Totally crazy.

Looking forward *written with a wince* to NaNo. Hope to see you around.

Enjoy your weekend.

Aaron, one Mental Health Day a week would be good, I think.

Rebecca, thanks for your comments, I'm glad you enjoyed Desolation.

Thanks, Cate.
